Change Begins With You

About me
Psychologist | Psychotherapist in training | Mindfulness Practitioner
First and foremost, I am myself and I like who I am. I am a human, a woman, and I feel an inseparable part of nature. I love what I do, and the sense of purpose in my work gives me wings.
In my office, I combine solid psychological knowledge with a deep conviction that a human being is a unity of Body, Spirit, and Mind.
My Philosophy: Heart and Meeting
My approach is rooted in the humanistic current and Gestalt psychotherapy. I rely on phenomenology, which means I set aside rigid judgments and diagnoses in favor of authentic curiosity and experiencing what happens between us "here and now".
I resonate with Irvin Yalom's perspective, for whom therapy is primarily a healing encounter between two people. I work "with heart," building a relationship based on deep empathy, warmth, and therapeutic love for another human being. I believe in your natural potential for self-healing – my role is not to "fix" you, but to accompany you in removing the obstacles that block this potential.
My Mission: A Space for You
My office is a place for anyone who feels lost, lonely, or experiences suffering. Whether you are facing a sudden crisis or want to regain control over your life, body, and mind – I am here to support you. I want every person who feels stuck to find a safe haven here.
Professional Experience
I am a psychologist and a psychotherapist undergoing comprehensive training at the Gestalt Institute. I gained clinical experience in diverse environments – from a Psychiatric Hospital, through psychological assessments in transport and occupational medicine, to psychological counseling for adults. A special place in my heart belongs to my work at the Women's Rights Center. Supporting women experiencing violence taught me how crucial an empathetic presence is in the healing process.
What sets me apart?
Before fully dedicating myself to psychology, I worked in banking and finance for many years. This experience allows me to perfectly understand corporate mechanisms, performance pressure, and stress. I know what burnout and mobbing are – not only from theory but from observing business realities.
Working Methods: Body, Mindfulness, and Eastern Wisdom
I am an advocate for a holistic approach. In my practice, I combine Western academic psychology with the wisdom of Eastern philosophy, which teaches us humility, acceptance, and the art of being in the "here and now". I believe healing comes when we stop running away with our thoughts into the past or future and begin to consciously experience the present moment.
"Change occurs when one becomes what he is, not when he tries to become what he is not."
— Arnold Beisser
Therefore, I will not "fix" you or change you by force. I will support you in deepening your awareness and building acceptance for who you truly are. Since unexpressed emotions and traumas accumulate in the body, therapy for me is also work with body and breath. As a graduate of the MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) course, I weave mindfulness techniques into the process.

Knowledge Base & Inspirations

Occupational Burnout – When the Body Says "Enough" Before the Mind Notices
Tags: Burnout, Workplace Stress, Corporation, Boundaries
Life in a constant rush, performance pressure, and endless deadlines are realities for many of us. Burnout doesn't happen overnight; it's a stealthy process that develops over months or years. Very often, the mind rationalizes the situation until the end: "I just need to make it to the holiday." Meanwhile, our body sends warning signals first.
- Chronic, unyielding fatigue.
- Muscle tension, neck pain, or stomach issues.
- Cynicism and irritability.
- Loss of a sense of purpose.
In Gestalt therapy and Mindfulness training, we learn to listen to the nervous system again. Remember: rest is not a luxury reward for extreme exhaustion. It is a fundamental right of your organism.
Gestalt Psychotherapy – Why Work in the "Here and Now"?
Tags: Gestalt, Therapeutic Relationship, Awareness
While the past shapes who we are, Gestalt psychotherapy emphasizes the present. Change is only possible in the only moment we truly have influence over – the "here and now". Arnold Beisser's "paradoxical theory of change" states that change occurs when one becomes what he is, not when he tries to become what he is not. In my practice, we explore what you are experiencing right now, building awareness and acceptance.
